Makes 4 large pancakes or 6 small. Mix dry ingredients together, add wet ingredients to dry. Mix and spoon into pan. Turn when golden, serve hot with syrup or berries.
1 cup corn flour (fine cornmeal)
1 cup oat flour (gluten free)
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1 cup almond milk
¼ cup apple sauce
