Fruit salads are a good way to stay hydrated and keep that youthful glow in your skin no matter what your age. Look at the skin of someone who eats al natural fruits and vegetables, and the skin of someone who eats processed foods and meats. 'nuff said.

Make a variety of juicy fruit salads in different combinations

Pick one juice, one soft fruit, one firm fruit and your choice of citrus and berries for a variety of tastes.

Add up to 1/4 cup of juice
Lemon Juice
Apple juice
Orange juice
grapefruit juice
Grape juice

Firm fruits
1 Small Apple, cored and cubed
1 Medium Pear, cored and cubed
papaya

A FAVORITE APPLE AND RAISIN CHOPPED SALAD


Chopped apples, onions, radishes, celery, carrot sticks.

I first put in a glass bowl 2 tsp wine vinegar and threw in some raisins and craisins to hydrate in it.

Then the veggies and then 2-3 giant tablespoons of Nayonnaise or Veganaise, some pepper, garlic powder and tarragon.

A MELON BERRY BOWL


Sliced strawberries, fresh cantelope with ripe mulberries or raspberries in season.  Squeeze with lemon juice, prinkle with chopped mint.
