Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add all spices and cook 2-3 minutes to release the oils. Add vegetables and garlic. Cook, stirring until soft, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in broth, beans, tomatoes, bring to a boil. Reduce to\u00a0 simmer, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes. Add Louisiana Hot Sauce to taste. If you&#8217;d like it soupier, add vegetable broth to dilute.
