\/>\nCanned stewed tomatoes<br \/>\nCanned garbanzo beans for hummus<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dried beans I keep on hand are:<br \/>\nPinto beans<br \/>\nSplit peas<br \/>\nWhite navy beans<br \/>\nRed kidney beans<br \/>\nGarbanzos<br \/>\nButter beans<\/p>\n<p>I always have on hand:<br \/>\nJasmine rice<br \/>\nVarious rice mixes<br \/>\nScottish oatmeal<br \/>\nTortillas: corn, whole wheat, spinach<br \/>\nEggs<br \/>\nTofu<br \/>\nSoy cheese, low fat feta and\/or cheddar<\/p>\n<p>Fresh onions: white, red, yellow or sweet Vidalia<br \/>\nFresh garlic in bulbs<br \/>\nSweet potatoes<br \/>\nWhite potatoes, or Yukon Gold for flavor<br \/>\nRed, orange and yellow peppers<br \/>\nPackaged mixed greens<br \/>\nEggplant<br \/>\nCarrots<br \/>\nCelery<br \/>\nScallions<br \/>\nSpinach<br \/>\nFresh thyme, fresh sage, fresh rosemary, fresh ginger root<\/p>\n<p>Vegetables I may include if I see them fresh are:<br \/>\nParsnips<br \/>\nFennel<br \/>\nLeeks<br \/>\nFresh English peas!<br \/>\nAsparagus<br \/>\nMushrooms<\/p>\n<p>Favorite dried spices include:<br \/>\nSea salt finely ground<br \/>\nCoarse ground black pepper<br \/>\nGarlic powder (I go through maybe 5 oz a month)<br \/>\nCoriander seeds<br \/>\nFennel seeds<br \/>\nBasil<br \/>\nTarragon<br \/>\nMarjoram<br \/>\nThyme<br \/>\nCumino<br \/>\nPaprika<br \/>\nCayenne pepper (a small bottle lasts me 10 years)<br \/>\nOregano<br \/>\nBay leaves<br \/>\nTurmeric<br \/>\nCinnamon, powder and in sticks<\/p>\n<p>Canned chicken noodle soup<br \/>\nDreamfield&#8217;s pasta<br \/>\nrice noodles<br \/>\nkelp<br \/>\nfish sauce<br \/>\nlow sodium soy sauce<br \/>\nchili garlic sauce or\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sriracha_sauce\">Sriracha<\/a><br \/>\nwhite, red, black vinegar<br \/>\nsesame oil<br \/>\ntahini (sesame paste)<br \/>\nlime juice and lemon juice<br \/>\ntamarind paste<br \/>\nlemongrass in the freezer<br \/>\ndried peppers i.e. goat chili peppers<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/goddessgrub.com\/blog\/?p=245\">dried lily buds<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/goddessgrub.com\/blog\/?p=241\">black fungus aka wood ear<br
