What I can do tho is make a killer stovetop frittata.<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #ab2020;\">(1) First I basically make a stirfry of all my fave veggies.<\/span><\/strong> For me that&#8217;s onion, red pepper strips, halved brocolli florets, mushrooms, scallions. Fill the bottom of the pan with them, it will cook down by half. Cook til golden.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ab2020;\">(2) pour *egg mixture<\/span><\/strong> to cover the vegs.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ab2020;\">(3) lower the heat<\/span><\/strong> (for me it&#8217;s medium low)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ab2020;\"><strong>(4) after 5 mins,<\/strong><\/span> top with fresh tomato and strips of cheese, cover and let it all melt<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ab2020;\">(5) serve<\/span><\/strong> alone or inside a grilled soft taco with sour cream and lettuce<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">My stovetop frittata is naturally low in fat.
